Registration is ultimately done by mailing in a completed registration form with payment. You can simply print this form right now from this page (click here for the form) or you can reach us by phone, mail, or e-mail to inform us of your interest and to obtain a brochure with a registration form attached. These brochures are posted in the corresponding ice facility as well. Please complete the registration form and mail with payment payable to:
